TN Stair Guy Website Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TN Stair Guy handles information you share through this website.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone, email, address, project details, and photos.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, provide estimates, schedule work, and communicate about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS messages

If you consent to text messages, we may text you about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

Our forms and maps are provided by third-party services that may use cookies according to their own policies.

The estimate form is hosted by GoHighLevel and collects information entered directly into that service. Embedded maps are provided by Google. Loading or interacting with an embedded service may send technical information, such as the request made by your browser, to its provider. Review that provider’s privacy information for details about its own processing.

Project photographs and optional details

Photographs can help explain your staircase layout and the parts you want assessed. Please limit images to information relevant to the inquiry. Avoid including identification documents, financial information, or people who have not agreed to appear. Only submit images and details that you have permission to share.

You may contact us by phone or email instead of using the embedded form. Provide the details needed for that conversation, and ask if you are unsure whether a particular image or piece of information is necessary. A style reference does not require sharing unrelated information about your household.

Questions about your information

If you want to ask about information you submitted, correct a contact detail, or discuss removal of a project photograph from an inquiry, contact us using the details below. Describe the request without sending sensitive documents in the initial message. Further information may be needed to identify the relevant inquiry appropriately.

This page describes website inquiries, not the privacy practices of every external site you may visit. A link to another service is subject to that service’s own terms. Browser settings can affect cookies and embedded content, and an unavailable form can be bypassed by contacting us directly.
